This Institute is created to train each believer as a disciple of Jesus Christ according to the Scriptures. Each local church shall organize a weekly two-hour Bible study on given topics. A commission appointed by the Executive Committee shall decide the curriculum for the Bible Study, and experts will be appointed to prepare lessons. This information will be communicated to the Pastors of each church. Either the Pastor and or a competent person shall give leadership to the weekly Bible study. Training programs for teachers may be organized by the Institute. Examinations shall be conducted and certificates awarded for those who complete the prescribed training. This Institute is headed by Rev. Nannu K.(Chairman) and Team.
