This department primarily focuses on sending workers to North Indian fields where the gospel has not penetrated. This department shall identify workers from south India and North India who are passionate in North Indian ministry, train them and send them to needy fields and support their ministry. This department is headed by Rev. T. J. Samuel, Rev. George Joseph and Team.
